Upon verification of your request, we will delete:
- Your account information
- Personal details (name, phone number, etc.)
- Appointment history (where legally permitted)
- App usage data
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained if required by law or for legitimate purposes, including:
- Medical or treatment records required by healthcare regulations
- Billing records required for administrative or legal purposes
This data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
Processing Time
- Data deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days
- You will receive confirmation once your request is completed
Important Notes
- Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered
- You may need to create a new account if you wish to use the app again
- Some services may no longer be available after deletion
